How to play Spanish La Primitiva Lotto
This format requires dusting off your thinking cap. Starting at €3 million jackpot with no limit to the number of rollovers, this lotto format is more complicated than the others. The first part is easy – pick six numbers from 1 – 49. The second part involves two bonus balls.
The Complementario is a complementary number chosen by the player. If the number drawn matches the player’s Complementario as well all the five primary numbers, the third tier prize is won. Essentially this prize multiples the fourth tier prize by as much as twenty times.
The Reintegro is chosen randomly on behalf of the player. The primary jackpot Especial is won when the matching Reintegro and all six primary numbers are drawn. If just the Reintegro number matches yours, then you receive a refund on your ticket. Not quite the jackpot, but something is better than nothing, right?
